[ The earth is so beautiful; the soil is fresh, the smells are so clear, and — despite its simplicity — tells a story through every rock, every tree, and every blossom. It fascinates her that humankind can be so simple and yet so complex, it's why she loves them so very much.
She stands upon a hill, looking up toward the tree that looms before them. It's branches are heavy with flora smiling down upon them, each and every one with a story of how it faded away in the fall, froze in the winter, and bloomed once again in the summer. The wind gently guides them back and forth as they tightly latch onto their respective stems; she smiles upward at it. ]
Isn't this world fascinating, Pearl? Everything fades away and then returns with such vigor...
[ The tone of her voice reflects the wonder in her eyes; this world isn't overrun by technology. It doesn't hold an advancement far greater than themselves. The inhabitants revel in their simplicity, making an effort to live their lives instead of fighting for them.
Rose's lips curl into a smile even more as she turns to look at Pearl expectantly. ]
